You hold the identity
One AthlosID per person. Sign in with an email address, a phone number, Google, Apple or a passkey. They all lead to the same identity, and adding or removing one of them never creates a second version of you.
The work happens once, at the start. After that AthlosID is something you check when you want to know who can see what, not something you use every day.

A club invites you, a coach asks to work with you, a federation confirms your registration. Every link is a request you accept, and it says plainly what it covers. Links can be paused or closed without erasing the history behind them.
Nothing is shared because someone is connected to you. Access is something you give, and you can see everyone who currently holds it, what they can reach, and switch it off.
